The attorneys ask, "Why". The answer is simple. MONEY! The CPS wants those big bucks for each case. Most of the foster homes want the money. I have first hand seen how the foster caretakers take care of the children. Poorly! The so called good foster home allowed my granddaughter to become sexually involved (raped) at the age of 15 because the CPS listened to all of her lies.
I am a Christian and I certainly believe from God's Word that polygamy is wrong. I do not believe in sex before marriage nor that marriage provides the right to have a wife before either is eighteen. If a man loves a women and a woman loves a man, they will surely abstain until they are of legal age.
But I see what has happened in Eldorado, Texas as being the worst violation of Peoples Civil Rights in the history of this nation. But that doesn't matter to the sherriff who had planned the raid for four plus years, he now has fame for leading the raid. The judge now has the fame of presiding over the largest of so called sex violation cases ever. The CPS has done more harm to the citizens of this nation than they have ever done good. But the situation in Eldorado does not give the CPS the right to take the Children away from their Mothers let alone spreading the siblings to diffrent abodes.
The men of this sect are the ones at fault. They have controlled and coerced the women to such a point that they no no other way. The men should have been jailed away from their ranch and the women and children should have been allowed to return and to be rehibilitated to the to the proper laws of God and this nation. These children have been orphaned by the corrupt CPS and will suffer for the rest of their lives. I hope the judge of this situation will someday realize the damage she has done to these children.
